46 and 47 of our Report of the 12th January, 1940.

16. We reiterate the contention in our Report of the 12th

January, 1940, that the standard lease in the Cclony being

now 75 years with a right of renewal for another 75 years

the non-renewable leases should disappear.

The lessees should

be given a renewal for 75 years on payment of a re-assessed Crown

rent.
